Our subscription model comprises a comprehensive set of services designed to support organizations with tasks they struggle to fit into their schedule. Each month you can make requests from the list of services based on their needs. This gives you the flexibility to choose the services you need and not be bound by the same services each month - requests are unlimited as long as they fit within your plan requirements.
Are there any additional fees apart from the subscription fees?
The monthly subscription fee covers unlimited virtual support for your business. Any out-of-pocket expenses incurred such as delivery, catering, printing, or purchases, will be charged to your credit card on file. If any of your activities or services need our presence on-site, additional fees will be billed monthly based on travel time and service fees discussed. We assure you that we will not incur any expenses without your prior approval.
Do I need to subscribe even for one-time services?
You will require a subscription to have complete access to all our services. However, we also offer one-time services without a subscription, such as gifts coordination and event management. Please contact us for more details.
Is there a free trial available?
Due to the nature of the services, we don’t offer a free trial period. However, we do offer a 50% refund if you cancel the subscription within the first month.

Submit your details via the contact form and our team will reach out to you to set up a discovery call to understand your organizational needs. They will then be able to recommend a plan better suited for your team and explain the onboarding process.
