Subscription Plans
The billing takes place monthly.
You are charged on the first day of each month to the card submitted on file.



How does the billing cycle work?
Yes. If you cancel the subscription within the first month, you will receive a 50% refund. Post that, you will need to inform us of your intent to cancel at least 30 days before your last monthly billing date. Your cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current monthly billing period.

For example: If your monthly billing date is the 15th of the month and your intended cancellation date is July 15th, you will need to inform us on or before June 15th.




Can I cancel my subscription before it ends?
Pricing & Cancellation
It’s great if your organization has dedicated employees or a team for these tasks. But if not, these tasks can be an additional burden to your employees’ primary tasks and may result in sub-optimal performance and their burnout. When we’re a part of your team, we ensure the completion of these tasks within the given timelines with minimal interaction with your team. This gives your employees more energy and time to focus on their primary tasks and enjoy a company culture that promotes growth and well-being.
Why do I need an assigned team when it can be passed on to our current employees?
Due to the nature of the services, we don’t offer a free trial period. However, we do offer a 50% refund if you cancel the subscription within the first month.


Is there a free trial available?
Our subscription model comprises a comprehensive set of services designed to support organizations with tasks they struggle to fit into their schedule. Each month you can make requests from the list of services based on their needs. This gives you the flexibility to choose the services you need and not be bound by the same services each month. Requests are unlimited as long as it fits within your plan requirements.

What is the difference between Basic and Ultimate subscription packages?
While the list of services offered in both packages is the same, the number of dedicated hours differs. Contact us for more details on this.





The subscription can be beneficial to organizations that need support in different business areas but may not have the resources to hire full-time staff. It could also benefit organizations that aspire to create a better employee experience which could help increase productivity and reduce retention rates. This is especially applicable to companies working in a remote or hybrid setting.

Who can benefit from this subscription?
We currently offer monthly subscriptions, allowing you the flexibility of auto-renewals. However, an annual subscription is also available at a discounted rate. Contact us for more details.


Do we need to commit to a yearly subscription?
How do I begin my subscription?
Submit your details via the contact form and our team will reach out to you to set up a discovery call to understand your organizational needs. They will then be able to recommend a plan better suited for your team and explain the onboarding process.




What is the timeline for our requests to be processed?
Our aim is to provide you with a response within 24 - 48 hrs. For simple requests, we aim to maintain that timeline or sooner. However for more complicated requests such as Event requests or workshop coordinating we will require additional time which would be communicated to you in our initial response within 48 hours.





Your requests are our priority. Our team of professionals are flexible, and with your cooperation, we will ensure that the tasks are completed within the deadline.
What if my requests have tight deadlines?
You will require a subscription to have complete access to all our services. However, we also offer one-time services without a subscription, such as gifts coordination and event management. Please contact us for more details.

Do I need to subscribe even for one-time services?
Once the contract is signed, there will be an onboarding call to explain the required information and walk you & your team through the process.
